The acquisition, which exceeds the materiality threshold, is intended to support business operations, facilitate future expansion, and establish additional manufacturing facilities to meet long-term strategic requirements. The property spans 1600 square meters and was purchased from M/s Balaji Industries. The transaction was funded through internal accruals and is expected to enhance operational capabilities and provide infrastructure for anticipated business growth.
