Setco Automotive Shifts Registered Office Within Kalol

Setco Automotive Limited has announced a change in its registered office address. The Board of Directors approved the shifting of the registered office within the local limits of the same city, town, and village. The new registered office is effective from May 26, 2026. The change does not alter the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies. The old address was Baroda Godhra Highway, Kalol, Panchmahal, Gujarat – 389330, and the new address is Alindra Village, Vadodara Godhra Highway, Kalol, Panchmahal, Gujarat – 389330.
