Seya Industries: Hon'ble Security Appellate Tribunal Passes Interim Order on SEBI's Order

Seya Industries Ltd. has disclosed that Mr. Ashok Ghanshyamdas Rajani, Mr. Asit Kumar Bhowmik, Mr. Sivaprasada Rao Buddi, and Mr. Amrit Ashok Rajani have preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the order dated 02 May 2025 issued by SEBI. The Hon'ble SAT has passed an interim order dated 20 August 2025 directing SEBI not to precipitate the matter until the next date of hearing. The next date of hearing is scheduled for 08 September 2025.
