Seya Industries Ltd Files FY 2025-26 Annual Report

Seya Industries Ltd has filed its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the notice of its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026. The company is currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as ordered by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on November 2, 2023. Mr. Bhavesh Rathod has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to manage the company's affairs.
