
SEBI Passes Final Order on Seya Industries Ltd and Others, No Penalty for the Company
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed a final order on Seya Industries Ltd and its five entities for alleged violation of certain provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Act, 1992. The order was received on 5 May 2025. However, no direction or penalty has been issued against the company. The final order containing the details of the violations is available on SEBI’s Website. As of now, there is no impact on the financial, operational, or other activities of the Company pursuant to the Final Order dated 2 May 2025.
