SG Finserve Appoints Deepak Kumar as Non-Executive Director

SG Finserve Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Deepak Kumar (DIN:03056481) as a Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the Company. The decision was approved by the members in a meeting held on June 30, 2026, based on the recommendations of the Board of Directors and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kumar is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in finance and corporate strategy, currently serving as Director (Operations) and Group CFO at APL Apollo Tubes Limited. He is not related to any other director or KMP and is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding a director's office.
