Satiate Agri CoC Meeting Held; IRP Appointed as RP, Valuer Vote Deferred

The first Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting for Satiate Agri Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), was held on September 21, 2026. During the meeting, the CoC was apprised of the NCLT order and activities undertaken. Members discussed the company's status and resolution roadmap. Key decisions included the ratification of expenses and remuneration for the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), approval of estimated CIRP expenses, and the appointment of the IRP as the Resolution Professional. Voting on the appointment of registered valuers and transaction auditors was deferred to the next CoC meeting. Intervals and notice periods for future CoC meetings were also decided.
