Shaily Appoints Chi Hung Kam as Healthcare COO & KMP

Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd has appointed Mr. Chi Hung Kam as Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare, as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective May 20, 2026. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 19, 2026, where the board also approved audited financial results, recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per share, and appointed internal and cost auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the board passed an enabling resolution to raise up to ₹500 Crores to support business growth and diversification into areas like drug delivery devices, consumer electronics, and semiconductor components.
