Shalby Ltd Revises Board Meeting Date for Q1 FY27 Results

Shalby Ltd has revised the date of its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for August 5, 2026, to August 12, 2026. The meeting is to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Due to unavoidable exigencies, the meeting date has been postponed. Consequently, the trading window, which was closed from July 1, 2026, will remain closed and reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the rescheduled Board Meeting, in compliance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
