Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Mr. Ravi Kumar Paritala, citing personal reasons. His tenure will conclude at the close of business on August 6, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. P.S. Phaninder Nath as the new CFO and KMP. Mr. Nath brings extensive experience in financial leadership, including prior CFO roles at Vivimed Labs Ltd. and GSS Infotech Limited.
