Spice Lounge Food Works Limited's subsidiary, TEKsoft Systems, has secured a significant AI development order worth USD 5,250,000 (approximately ₹49,64,42,625) from Resource Point LLC, USA. The contract involves developing an AI-powered technology platform for the sales and recruitment sector, utilizing Microsoft technologies. The project scope includes software development, quality assurance, system integration, and deployment support, with an execution period of approximately 24 months and a targeted go-live by July 2028. This international deal does not involve promoter group interests and is not considered a related party transaction.
