Rajasthan Global Securities raises Shankara stake to 19.21%

Rajasthan Global Securities Pvt Ltd (RGSPL) and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have increased their shareholding in Shankara Building Products Ltd. Through open market acquisitions, RGSPL's stake, along with PACs, rose from 18.04% (43,74,743 shares) to 19.21% (46,58,202 shares). On September 18, 2026, RGSPL acquired 3,50,731 equity shares (1.45%), while a PAC disposed of 67,272 shares (0.28%), resulting in a net acquisition of 2,83,459 shares (1.17%). This cumulative change of 2.96% since the previous disclosure on September 10, 2026, triggered the Regulation 29(2) disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. RGSPL is not part of the promoter group.
