Shankara Buildpro Ltd has announced its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, declaration of a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share, re-appointment of Mr. C. Ravikumar as a Director retiring by rotation, and the appointment of Mr. K. Jayachandran as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, the AGM will consider approving an increase in remuneration for the Managing Director, Mr. Sukumar Srinivas.
