The meeting will primarily consider and approve the issuance of a Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice to shareholders who have failed to pay outstanding amounts on unpaid calls, along with applicable interest. The committee will review the status of unpaid call money and offer a final opportunity for payment.
