Shardul Securities: Promoter Group Inter-se Share Transfer of 20.94%

Shardul Securities Limited has disclosed a significant inter-se transfer of shares among its promoter group. Pradeep Sandeep Corporate Advisors LLP and other promoters have transferred 1,83,20,010 equity shares, representing 20.94% of the paid-up equity share capital, to Shriyam Commodities Intermediary LLP, also a member of the promoter group. This transaction is an off-market transfer and does not alter the overall promoter holding percentage but reallocates shares within the group. The total equity share capital of the company remains ₹17,49,84,330, divided into 8,74,92,165 equity shares of ₹2 each.
