Shriyam Commodities Acquires 20.94% Stake in Shardul Securities

Shriyam Commodities Intermediary LLP, a promoter group entity, has acquired 1,83,20,010 equity shares, representing 20.94% of the total equity share capital, in Shardul Securities Limited. The acquisition was an inter-se transfer of shares among members of the promoter and promoter group. Prior to this transaction, Shriyam Commodities held 5.33% of the equity share capital. Post-acquisition, their holding has increased to 26.27%. The total equity share capital of Shardul Securities Limited is valued at INR 17,49,84,330, comprising 8,74,92,165 equity shares of INR 2 each.
