Share Samadhan Board Meeting on Nov 12 to Approve Unaudited Results

Share Samadhan Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the statement of deviation and variation in the use of funds raised through IPO and Warrant issues during the same period. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons remains closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
