Share Samadhan Ltd Appoints New Internal Auditor, Yashpal Goel & Co., Replacing BMRD & Associates

Share Samadhan Ltd has announced the resignation of M/s BMRD & Associates as the Internal Auditor of the company with immediate effect from 19th January 2026. Following this, the company has appointed M/s Yashpal Goel & Co., Chartered Accountant Firm as the new Internal Auditor with effect from the same date. Yashpal Goel & Co. is a Delhi-based Chartered Accountant firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been in existence since 2017. The firm's proprietor, Mr. Yashpal Goel, was previously a partner in Megha and associates, CA partnership firm from 2004 till 2017.
