Sharp India Appoints New Directors and Managing Director

Sharp India Ltd has announced the appointment of several new directors and a Managing Director following approval via postal ballot. Mr. Anant Raghute has been appointed as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director and also as Managing Director for a three-year term. Additionally, Mr. Sandeep Deshmukh and Mr. Salil Halve have joined as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors. The company also appointed Mr. Yashavant Avatade, Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan, and Ms. Bhakti Hosalkar as Non-Executive, Independent Directors for a five-year term. These appointments are effective from June 5, 2026.
