Shashijit Infraprojects Appoints Two Independent Directors

Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Asha Shravankumar Khedia and Mr. Santosh Kumar Purohit as Additional Directors (Non-Executive, Independent Directors) to its Board. The appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 24, 2026. Both directors have been confirmed to meet the independence criteria as per the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations. Ms. Khedia brings over 13 years of experience in taxation, corporate advisory, and governance. Mr. Purohit is a Civil Engineer and Engineering Consultant. Their appointments are for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
