Shemaroo Re-appoints M M Chitale as Statutory Auditors

Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of M/s Mukund M. Chitale & Co. as the Statutory Auditor for a second term of five consecutive financial years, subject to members' approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s Joshi Apte & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-2027. Additionally, Mr. Amit Haria resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 21, 2026, and Mr. Ashish Gupta has been appointed as the new CFO, effective May 22, 2026.
