Shentracon Chemicals Ltd's board approved changing its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from C B Management Services Private Limited to Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited. The change aims to strengthen investor services, leveraging Purva Sharegistry's market share and expertise. The effective date will be communicated after agreements and procedures are completed, including data transition and confirmations from NSDL and CDSL. C B Management Services will continue as RTA until the transition is complete.
