Shentracon Chemicals Changes Registrar & Share Transfer Agent

Shentracon Chemicals Ltd has changed its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from C B Management Services Private Limited to Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on May 5, 2026, to strengthen investor services. The effective date of the change will be communicated later, after agreements and procedures are completed, including confirmations from NSDL and CDSL. C B Management Services will continue as RTA until the transition is complete.
