Shilchar Technologies Ltd Appoints Aatman Alay Shah as Whole Time Director and Arvind Nopany as Non-Executive Independent Director

Shilchar Technologies Ltd has appointed Mr. Aatman Alay Shah as Whole Time Director and Mr. Arvind Nopany as Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointments were approved by the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot Notice dated 02 February, 2026 and became effective on 06 March, 2026. The appointments are for a term of 5 consecutive years. Mr. Aatman Alay Shah has extensive experience in Project Management, Marketing, and Business Development, while Mr. Arvind Nopany is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. Neither of the appointees is debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
