SCI Appoints Joint Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27

Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of Joint Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment has been made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. The appointed firms are MUKUND M CHITALE & CO and S G C O &CO LLP, both based in Mumbai. These auditors will also be responsible for the consolidated financial statements.
