SCI Director's Additional Charge Regularized

Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) has received approval from the Appointments Committee of Cabinet for the regularization of the additional charge of the post of Director (Bulk Carriers & Tankers). Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh, who also holds the position of Director (Liner & Passenger Services), will have his additional charge regularized for the period from October 1, 2025, to May 4, 2026. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, referencing previous disclosures.
