Shivamshree Businesses Reschedules 43rd AGM to July 7

Shivamshree Businesses Ltd announced the rescheduling of its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to July 7, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The Board of Directors also approved the withdrawal and cancellation of a proposed preferential allotment of equity shares due to market volatility and strategic priorities of the allottees. Additionally, the Board adopted the Director's Report for FY26, including the Management Discussion and Analysis, Secretarial Audit Report, and Corporate Governance Report. Revised book closure and cut-off dates have been set for the AGM.
