Shree Cement Fixes July 17, 2026 as Record Date for Final Dividend

Shree Cement Ltd has announced Friday, July 17, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 31, 2026, will be paid on or after August 3, 2026. The company also set July 24, 2026, as the cutoff date for remote e-voting and voting during the AGM, as per SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, 2013. The integrated annual report for FY25-26 was also attached with the notice.
