Sonata Software Sets July 17 as Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Sonata Software Limited has announced Friday, July 17, 2026, as the record date to determine eligibility for the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. This decision is contingent upon the approval of the dividend by the Board of Directors at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Friday, July 31, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
