Sonata Software Ltd has issued a notice for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on July 31, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means starting at 3:00 p.m. (IST). In conjunction with the AGM notice, the company has also enclosed its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. Both the Annual Report and the AGM notice are being circulated electronically to members with registered email IDs and will be accessible on the company's website. Shareholders without registered email addresses will receive a separate communication with a weblink and QR code to access the Annual Report.
