Shree Digvijay Cement: CEO & MD appointment process underway

Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd has provided an update on the appointment of its new CEO & Managing Director. Following the resignation of the previous CEO & MD effective February 6, 2026, the company's Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) is actively evaluating shortlisted candidates for the position. Once the NRC finalizes its recommendation, the Board of Directors will review and approve the appointment. This update is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
