Shree Ganesh Elastoplast Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 F.Y. 2025-26

Shree Ganesh Elastoplast Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of audited/unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026. This closure applies to all promoters, Directors, KMP, their relatives, and all other relevant persons who have access to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI).
