Lloyds Enterprises Appoints V. K. Beswal as Statutory Auditor

Lloyds Enterprises Ltd has appointed M/s. V. K. Beswal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.05 per equity share. Additionally, M/s. R. D. Nagvekar & Co. were re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and Mr. Sandeep Suhas Aole was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term.
