Lloyds Enterprises Unit Renamed to Thriveni Lloyds Swarnagiri

Lloyds Enterprises Ltd announced that its strategic investment unit, Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd, has officially changed its name to Thriveni Lloyds Swarnagiri Private Limited. This change, effective September 1, 2026, was approved by the Registrar of Companies. The new name aims to better reflect the group's legacy and established track record in the Metals & Mining sector. The company holds a stake in the Swarnagiri Gold Project, India's first private sector integrated gold mining and processing facility, located in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh.
