Shree Krishna Paper Mills MD Re-appointed for 3 Years

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for a term of three years, effective August 10, 2026, until August 09, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
