Shree Krishna Paper Mills reappoints MD for 3 years

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective August 10, 2026, until August 09, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 04, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 54th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Pasari, who holds an MBA in Finance, brings extensive experience in the paper industry, finance, accounting, marketing, and export-import. He is the son of Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari, a Whole Time Director, but is not related to any other Directors or Key Managerial Personnel. He is not debarred from holding a directorial position by any regulatory authority.
