Shree Marutinandan Tubes Ltd: Board Approves Director Resignations and Appointments

Shree Marutinandan Tubes Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 5, 2026, approved the resignations of Mr. Vikram Shivrattan Sharma from Managing Director and Mr. Bharat Shivratan Sharma from Whole-time Director, both effective August 5, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Vikram Shivrattan Sharma has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive), designated as Chairman & Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 6, 2026, for a five-year term. Mr. Bharat Shivratan Sharma has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive), designated as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel, also effective August 6, 2026, for a five-year term.
