Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd Appoints Sh. Shalin S. Patel as Additional Director

Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has appointed Sh. Shalin S. Patel as a Non-Executive Non-Independent (Additional) Director, subject to the approval of the members of the company. The appointment will be effective from 8th February 2026. Patel, who is a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering, has rich experience in the field of Chemical Areas including project implementation and planning. The board of directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for that period.
