Shree Renuka Sugars partners AWL for Madhur sugar marketing & distribution

Shree Renuka Sugars Limited (SRSL) has entered into definitive agreements with AWL Agri Business Ltd. for the supply, marketing, and distribution of its "Madhur" brand refined sugar, effective July 1, 2026. Under the arrangement, SRSL will continue manufacturing and packaging, while AWL will manage marketing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain across India. The agreements include a Supply Agreement, Brand License Agreement, and Employee Transfer Agreement. SRSL will receive a royalty of 1% on sales of Madhur sugar manufactured by its own mills and 0.5% on sugar procured by AWL from third parties. This is a material related party transaction, as Wilmar International Limited is the ultimate holding company for both SRSL and AWL, and requires shareholders' approval. SRSL retains ownership of the "Madhur" brand. The partnership aims to leverage AWL's distribution network to enhance the brand's reach.
