Shree Salasar Investments Appoints B.L. Dasharda & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Shree Salasar Investments Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. B.L. Dasharda & Associates as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee, fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s Satya Prakash Natani & Co. The new auditor will serve for a term of five years, from the conclusion of the 46th AGM up to the conclusion of the 51st AGM (FY 2026-27 to 2030-31). The Board also approved the convening of the 46th AGM on September 29th, 2026, via video conferencing, and accepted the resignation of Mr. Nitin Jain as an Independent Director. Additionally, Mr. Saumesh Ashok Mishra was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive-Independent).
