Shree Securities Appoints Udayan S Kachchhy as Independent Director

Shree Securities Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Udayan S Kachchhy as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 4, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kachchhy brings post-graduation qualifications and expertise in accountancy, having founded and scaled the Udayan Kachchhy Institute of Commerce. He is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the company. His appointment is valid until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
