Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd Appoints Ms. Mayuri Bipinbhai Rupareliya as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd, formerly known as Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited, has approved the appointment of Ms. Mayuri Bipinbhai Rupareliya as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) and as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting or within a period of 3 months from the date of appointment. Ms. Rupareliya is a Practicing Company Secretary with over 8 years of experience in compliance and corporate governance. She is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order, any other authority, or under the Companies Act, 2013.
