Power Grid Appoints Amol Babulal Taori as Director (Finance)

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Amol Babulal Taori as Director (Finance), effective August 18, 2026. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors, is based on an order from the Ministry of Power and is for a term of five years. Shri Taori, a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience in finance and treasury, previously served as Executive Director (In-charge) – International Trade at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). His appointment leads to Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi relinquishing the additional charge of Director (Finance). Shri Taori is not related to existing directors and is not debarred from holding office.
