Power Grid Corp Appoints Amol Taori as Director (Finance)

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Amol Babula Taori as Director (Finance) on its Board, effective August 18, 2026. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors, is in pursuance of a Ministry of Power order dated August 12, 2026. Shri Taori's term is for five years from his assumption of charge. He replaces Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, who relinquished the additional charge. Shri Taori is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience in finance and treasury, previously serving as Executive Director (In-charge) – International Trade at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). He is not related to existing directors or KMPs and is not debarred from holding office.
