Shreeshay Engineers Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Shreeshay Engineers Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons, including their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial and Half year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for the above-mentioned period will be communicated in due course of time.
