Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the Trading Window for Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
