Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the Trading Window for Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives, effective from January 1, 2026. The closure will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial results is yet to be intimated.
