Vilas Katwa Reappointed MD of Shri Keshav Cements for 5 Years

Shri Keshav Cements And Infra Ltd announced the Board's approval for the reappointment of Mr. Vilas Katwa as Managing Director for a term of 5 years, effective May 27, 2027, to May 26, 2032. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Katwa, an MBA graduate with expertise in cement manufacturing, IT, and industrial engineering, holds 21,64,800 equity shares in the company. He is related to directors Mr. Venkatesh Katwa and Mr. Deepak Katwa. The company affirmed that Mr. Katwa is not disqualified from holding a directorship.
