Shri Keshav Cements reappoints Vilas Katwa as MD

Shri Keshav Cements And Infra Ltd announced that its shareholders have approved the reappointment of Mr. Vilas Katwa as the Managing Director of the company during the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026. Mr. Katwa, an MBA graduate with extensive experience in Cement industry, Information Technology, and Industrial and Production discipline, will continue to lead the company. He holds 21,64,800 equity shares and is not disqualified from holding the office of director.
