Shri Keshav Cements MD Reappointed at AGM

Shri Keshav Cements And Infra Ltd announced that shareholders, at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026, approved the reappointment of Mr. Vilas Katwa as the Managing Director. Mr. Katwa, an MBA graduate with expertise in cement industry, IT, and industrial production, has been reappointed under Section 196(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. He holds 21,64,800 equity shares in the company and is not debarred from holding a director's office. His reappointment is effective from the AGM date.
